INGRAHAM, REALTOR®
- Scott hails from the state where people proudly
wear the moniker “cheesehead” and is the birthplace
of the snowmobile and ice cream sundae: Wisconsin. He relocated
here 33 years ago for the world’s most beautiful sugar
white beaches and stayed to enjoy his love for diving and
boating while leaving the Northern snow behind. His background
includes owning several successful businesses and the promotion
of international group travel. Scott is the lead agent of
six licensed Florida REALTORS® with additional support
staff that handle the presentation, marketing, and closing

INGRAHAM, BROKER, REALTOR®
- Originally from the same state as the Wisconsin
Badgers; Diane left the Badgers in the snow for the Florida
sand. Scott and Diane have been married for over 30 years
and both share their love for boating, an appreciation for
the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", and taking
care of the "American Success Story: Ben". Diane
worked for one of the largest restaurant franchises in the
world for 25 years before joining Scott in the real estate
industry. Her background encompasses years of extensive experience
in general management, market analysis, business and personal
development with a focus on client satisfaction. As a well
rounded professional, Diane understands that superior client
service and dedication are smart business.
 MARIO
GOBEL, REALTOR® - Mario
relocated to the Panama City area from South Florida where
he specialized in high-rise condominium, second, and vacation
home sales. If you are more comfortable speaking in Spanish,
Mario is one of a handful of bilingual agents in Bay County.
As a former United States Marine, he brings to the table his
aggressive, outgoing and always willing to go that extra mile

She shares the same birthplace as the Kentucky Derby but has

HESS, LISTING COORDIANTOR - Andrea earned her Bachelor’s
of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Studio Art at Troy
University and has over 12 years experience in radio and television.

is received. With an eye for writing descriptive copy that
evokes interaction and pairs your listing with custom photography
and unique Visual Tours presentations. She has won several
broadcasting awards with the Associated Press, is an alumni

WHITE, CONCIERGE - Lynn earned her degree from George
Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English.
She brings 20 years of real estate experience and is an East
Coast native with Louisiana ties. Taking care of our valued
clients from first impressions to lasting relationships, she
is our ambassador of southern hospitality.
 KELLY
L. GELDERT, MARKETING DIRECTOR - A Pacific islander
educated in England and Canada that has called the Emerald
Coast home for the past 10 years. Her background includes
sales, software instruction, web and graphic design. She maintains
our public image through various media such as advertising,
vast web presence, and targeted marketing campaigns all utilizing
the latest technology. Spare weekends are spent with her husband
and two dogs on Pathfinder, their 38 foot cutter rig sloop.
 SONJA
WOODS, SYSTEMS MANAGER - Recognizing how technology
and systems contribute to the foundation of a well working
team, Sonja organizes these office systems. She has 18 years
experience in business office administration and is always
on the edge of technology providing the positive results to
you. In her spare time, she is active in the local music industry
promoting musicians such as Kenny Rogers to bands like Styx
in relation to her husband's company Hess Promotions.
 BEN
INGRAHAM, CEO - Ben is truly an American success
story. Originating from Columbia, South America and climbing
his way to the upper echelons by becoming CEO at age 33 of
one of the top producing Emerald Coast Real Estate Companies.
His first shot at management began at Exotic Aquatics Pet
Shop where the Ingraham's first let Ben take in the reins
of the family venture. Although there is an air of mystery
of his days before the Ingraham's, he has revealed after a
few bananas of his cohorting days with Willie Nelson in Nevada
